WHATS ON IN SHADOWS 2020 ?
KEEP AN EYE ON SHADOWS DEPRESSION WEBSITE TO SEE WHAT WE WILL HAVE PLANNED IN 2020!!!!
Take a look at this trailer :
Shadows was asked to be part of a documentry called Ein Byd, this is all about men's mental health in Wales.
The trailer gives you a little insight of the programme that will be aired on Sunday 16th February 9pm on S4C with English subtitles.
It was a privilege to be asked to be a part of this programme .
We hope that it will encourage many more people who have been scared in the past to now feel they can come forward and ask for help and support with their mental health difficulties.
The men who chose to take part in the making in of this documentary felt very strongly about being involved and wanted people to have insight to their journeys and how asking for help really did help them to realise there was help and support out there and by knowing how to access this support , to be able to talk about their feelings and thoughts and to be listened to without any judgement or stigmas, enabled them to use coping strategies and techniques which enabled them
to know how manage their illnesses.
If you visit or facebook or twitter page and share / like the page that would be amazing .
we would love as many people as possible to watch this programme because we believe it will really help encourage people to ask for help and keep talking !
