It is so overwhelming the amount of People, Businesses and the Local Community of how they have raised funds for Shadows and everyone who has kindly donated. We are eternally grateful and would like to say a special thank you.

Thank you very much to Karl Karter for running a marathon in aid of Shadows and the raised a whopping £700! Well done Karl.
Cwmamman Football club had kindly chosen Shadows as one of their support organisations to raise funds . The other local organisation Cwmamman had chosen to support was Amman Valley Foodbank . The total raised all together was £1,243.26p which was shared out between Shadows and Amman Valley Foodbank which was a total of £621.63p.
We would also like to say A Special Thankyou to the Cwmamman Football Club for their continuous support .
Thankyou to Ryan Thomas for donating a full days wages to Shadows.
Thankyou to the Valero Rugby Boys who always have a whip round on their rugby trips for Shadows and they kindly donated £155.
Hollie and Tamlin, once again for supporting shadows. These fantastic ladies contacted lots of local businesses in the area to ask if any of them would help raise funds for shadows by donating a gift for the raffle on our open evenings in January.
Thankyou girls, you really are amazing and managed to get lot of prizes donated.

Katrin Macmillan, Emily Stewart, Lona Williams, Susan Raven and Marie Haunchbury, these ladies organised a charity event at the Targwaith Social club in June to raise money for two charities one of them being Shadows. These wonderful ladies raised £378 for Shadows! Thankyou very much!

Beth organized a sponsored walk up to Penlan and raised £420 for Shadows. Well done and Thankyou!

Thankyou very much Anna- Marie and B&Q , who kindly offered to Support Shadows by donating a Gardening package for our gardening therapy.
Garnant Golf Club are kindly supporting us by offering to let Shadows Service Users, to use their PARR 5 Golf Course and practice area to enable our users to get together and either revisit their hobbies and once passion or to use it as an introduction for a first time golfing experience. Thankyou and we really appreciate it!

Shadows would like to say a massive Thankyou to Saffir who was going to skydive to raise money for Shadows, but unfortunately it had to be called off due to the awful weather conditions. We are incredibly grateful for Saffir to take the time in planning this for Shadows, it means so much. So once again Thankyou Saffir for raising a total of £251 for Shadows!

Shadows would like to thank Carmarthenshire County Council for the grant of £1000. We would also like to thank all of the staff at Cwmamman Community Centre and the local Councillors for nominating Shadows to receiving this funding.
A Big thank you to Ammanford Police Station who raised £100 from their tuck shop funds and PCSO Dayton nominated Shadows forward for these funds!

The Police and Crime Commissioner of Dyfed Powys Police had kindly allocated £10,000 to give out to organizations in the local community that would be shared out between the organizations that applied and were eligible. We, Shadows Depression Support Group, submitted a video that explained Shadows, as in who we are, what we do and how Shadows would benefit from the funding and our asking bid was £2,500.
Shadows Depression Support Group were granted our asking amount of £2,500! We are still in total amazement and are eternally grateful! Thankyou very much!
A Big Thankyou to Sara and all the staff at the Amman United Club for organizing A Curry Night, with all the proceedings going to Shadows. Incredibly grateful for everything! The total amount raised for Shadows was £772!
